In this blog I am formally declaring the following decision.
In the coming year, I'm going to find 100 ways to shed 100 pounds and complete a 100 mile bicycle rally.
I'll be listing the 100 ways (a work in progress) as well as progress updates twice weekly (100 weighs).
Tentatively, the celebration/reward event will be the Viva Bike Vegas ride in, you guessed it, Las Vegas!
